Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) International Accreditation
AACSB is the world's largest, oldest and most comprehensive business school joint venture, first founded in 1916 by Columbia University, Harvard University, New York University, University of California, Berkeley, University of Chicago, University of Pennsylvania, Yale University and 16 other well-known university business schools to promote accredited schools to improve student admission standards and teacher and management standards. To-date, only 874 business schools in 56 countries and territories have earned AACSB accreditation representing less than 5% of business schools in the world. In Mainland China, only 33 business colleges (School of Management) are AACSB accredited representing less than 2% of business schools in China.
AACSB International's accreditation is conducted by the Association with the voluntary participation of business management educational colleges and institutions, with the aim of academic accreditation for the bachelor's and master's degree programs. The Association conducts business accreditation and accounting accreditation. MBA accreditation is a part of business accreditation.
AACSB International accreditation is strict, demanding high standards, and it is recognized as the highest achievement of a business school, but also an important standard for business education to achieve world-class standards.
Under the internationalization of higher education, more and more business schools in China are participating in AACSB accreditation. Participating in AACSB accreditation will bring new ideas and systematic guidance to the business colleges. Through AACSB accreditation of the business college, the quality of its business education can not only be recognized by the industry, but it also enhances international cooperation.
Our team will work with side by side with business colleges in China to achieve its AACSB initial accreditation or subsequent re-accreditation. Our team has the expertise and experience in both initial accreditation and re-accreditation and will support the business college undergoing the accreditation process and ultimately achieve its AACSB accreditation.
